About Shantell

Chemistry coursework often feels like a blur of abstract symbols, but do you actually grasp the underlying logic? Having spent 4 years helping students navigate NMR spectroscopy, functional groups, and curved-arrow notation, I emphasize conceptual clarity over simple memorization. Stereochemistry, isomerism, retrosynthesis, along with alcohols and ethers become far more manageable when you stop trying to memorize patterns and start thinking like a scientist.

My primary goal is to guide you toward independent problem-solving so you build the reasoning that exams actually reward. Please feel free to reach out if you need a kind, patient partner in your studies.

About the lesson
