About Bridgette
Sound begins with the deliberate weight of a finger pressing into ivory keys. During my 12 years of teaching, I have cultivated a disciplined practice rooted in my Bachelor of Music from the Curtis Institute of Music. I work with students who need clarity, from the anxious beginner to the candidate preparing for intense grade exams.
My approach relies on a steady accumulation of technical habits that allow musicality to emerge naturally through rigorous practice. I have guided countless students through the complexities of memorization techniques and the precision of scales and arpeggios, always meeting them exactly where they are in their development. The process often feels like a slow unfolding of potential.
