About Cary
I am a teacher of yoga + mindfulness, and am enamored of language. I studied a variety of modes of storytelling while in college. I am a poet, and prior to the pandemic I participated in several group shows. I am a natural when it comes to connecting with people, and my love for language comes through clearly. I am good at what I do, and love sharing what lights me up.
