About Ricardo
Personalized classes are planned according to the student's objective (self-defense, strategies for competition, doubts, physical conditioning). In this type of planning there is a schedule and a monitoring of the student's evolution and needs. Group classes are dynamic and fun, providing integration and sociability. Both in group and private / semi-private classes are taught the basics and fighting mentality in general. Providing tools for students to develop their own style and way of experiencing martial art. Recurring gains with the training routine: physical resistance, weight loss, increased confidence, increased social skill and increased cognitive activity. OSS!

I am an Electrical Engineer graduated from UFSC and graduating in physiotherapy from Unisul. Graduated in Jiu-Jitsu black belt in 2019 by masters Daniel Lima and Alexandre Reis (Rilion Gracie Jiu-Jitsu). Practical Jiu-Jitsu since 2012 and teaching since 2016. I have experience with beginners, intermediate, advanced, competitors and self defense. I have mixed and female groups. Classes are held in my own martial arts studio or at home. Since 2012 Jiu-Jitsu has been a tool for personal transformation in the senses: - Physical: increased muscle tone and fat loss - Behavioral: Increased socialization, decreased shyness, increased confidence and adoption of a lifestyle healthier
