:: CONDITIONS ::

- Payment for classes is made upfront, in the total amount of hours schedule for the month, with credits being generated for canceled classes.

- Payment is due on the first day of the month (or first working day) for recurring classes. In case student prefers a different date, he/she can simply inform.

:: CANCELLATION POLICY ::

- The maximum number of class cancellations allowed is two per month (on a non-cumulative basis).

- Students need to inform cancellations by 5pm of the previous day of the class (email, text, phone, WhatsApp), in order to be eligible for a replacement class. Cancellations informed after such deadline will be considered a no-show and charged normally.
