About Mark
Hi, I'm Mark. I completed my Matric last year and will be studying a BSc in Computer Science at Northumbria University in the UK later this year. I took IT with CAT as an 8th subject in Matric and attained a distinction in IT for my final mark. Alongside this, I also achieved the 2nd highest grade for my PAT, Performance Assessment Task, with an overall mark of 98%. I am proficient in Java and SQL as well as Theory Knowledge should it be required. Although I mainly tutor for IT, I use Excel on a daily basis and am proficient with all the Office 365 applications. I am available for lessons every weekday evening and the whole weekend. My first lesson with every student will always be free of cost to allow the student to decide whether they would like to continue lessons from there on out. During my lessons, I like to focus on making sure the student understands the concept and not just parrot learning certain concepts. This usually includes going over past exam & test papers, homework, school exercises and external exercises. By gaining understanding my students are able to tackle any question given to them by going through the different processes and methods available to solve the problem.
