About Elena

I have studied Latin for ten years and have loved books and English literature for as long as I can remember. I am passionate about studying and teaching both subjects. I have past experience in tutoring both subjects, with students I have tutored achieving 8s and 9s in their English and Latin GCSEs. I not only aspire to help improve the student's ability in the subject, but their enjoyment in it as well.

About the lesson

Techniques in learning and remembering grammar and vocabulary for Latin, as well as how to translate Roman authors. Analysis and identification of language techniques in books and poetry for English literature. Both can be taught at any level up to A-level.
