Methodology
My approach is treating people like plants. I enjoy inspiring everyone I meet. I want to hold space for those and allow them to understand new topics, interests while creating a comfortable and creative work space for them to be free.
Background
I graduated from FIU with an undergrad in psychology. I am also a personal trainer, certified herbalist and nutritionist. I have majority worked in hospitality for several years and started my own herbal medicine business two years ago. I am currently working on publishing a children's book as well.
