As a former professional swimmer with 20 years of experience in the sport, I have dedicated my life to mastering and teaching the art of swimming. I competed at the Division I collegiate level and qualified for the NCAA National Championship, gaining firsthand knowledge of high-performance training, technique, and race strategy. With over five years of coaching experience, I specialize in teaching all ages and skill levels—from beginners learning water safety to competitive swimmers refining their strokes.
