About Irfan
I am a native English speaker, fluent in a variety of English dialects (Australian, Kiwi, Received Pronunciation, Mancunian, etc). I can tutor you in learning the English language in general, or if you are looking to learn English to pass an IELTS exam.
I achieved a 9.0 average score in my IELTS exam, with all components above 8.0. If you are looking to obtain an IELTS grade of 8.0 or higher, this is the right place and I can help you. I was once a person who needed a minimum IELTS grade of 8.0 for migration purposes, so I want to help other people achieve the same.

My teaching method is what works best for you. Normally, one session covers an informational / explanatory section of the topic being covered, and then the remaining would cover a practice session where you attempt to practice what you just learned and then go through the results with feedback. However, that is just how I structure my lesson with most of my students - because that method works for them. What works for you, is completely up to you.
With IELTS preparation sessions, for Writing you would be asked to complete 2 essay pieces under IELTS exam conditions prior to the tutorial session so I can estimate your ability. In our session, we would then go through your work and we can learn various topics that would best help improve your IELTS test score. For Reading, you would be provided a reading material along with a few questions - we would go through this during the session to identify areas of improvement. For Speaking and Listening, the learning will be done during the section.
