About Dr Subrato
I am Dr. Subrato Das (Ph.D. in Fine Arts), a professional artist, researcher, and educator with 14+ years of experience in art education. My passion lies in helping learners of all ages discover their creative potential, artistic confidence, and unique visual language.
I have experience teaching students from Std. I–XII (ICSE & CBSE) as well as DFA, BFA, MFA, and Ph.D. preparation. My areas of expertise include Drawing, Sketching, Painting, Composition, Traditional & Contemporary Art, Digital Art, and Art & Technology.
I believe art education is not merely about learning techniques—it is about observing, imagining, thinking, experimenting, and expressing ideas with confidence. My aim is to create an engaging learning environment where every student can develop technical skills, creative thinking, artistic confidence, and a deeper appreciation of the ever-evolving world of art.
