Duration : 60-90 minutes - Price : $70.00 - Place : San FranciscoI am a dedicated educator with a degree in Child Development and six years of classroom experience looking to support K-12th grade students in the Bay Area with academics and study skills. My tutoring sessions generally consist of a check-in and goal setting, specific skill development (i.e sentence diagramming, calculating trigonometric ratios, note-taking methods, or backpack organization), and goal completion/reflection. Compassion and academic rigor are equally important to me, and I believe that every student can find confidence and intrinsic motivation in their studies with the right supports.

Course setup
In addition to two years of experience tutoring high school and middle school students, I have worked as a 7th grade literature teacher, K-5 math and literacy skills coach, and English teacher for non-native speakers. I currently teach a small group of high school students during the morning, and am available for afternoon tutoring.
