About Ryan

My name is Ryan Velazquez Rivera. I’m born and raised in Puerto Rico so I’m fully bilingual. I’ve been playing professional baseball for two years already as a reliever pitcher. Before this I played 2 years in junior college and 2 years of division one baseball. I’m looking to help young talents trying to get better at pitching, learn pitching, understand a good stretching routine, analyze and work on pitching mechanics, if they are in season provide in season coaching, creating off season routines etc. First day with me will consist of an evaluation where I would text the athletes range of motion of the hips, shoulder, and torso. I would then proceed to test their athletic abilities like coordination, explosiveness, and resistance. I would then finish by testing their arm strength and velocity. Based upon the notes taken from this day I’ll be able to design specific plan and routines that will best benefit the athletes needs.
