About Briana

I tutor and teach based on students interest. To better assist I feel it's important to connect with students and build trust prior to trying to teach them or assist them with a concept.

I like to get to know what the parents expect from me and what the student expects from me. I want to learn the studnet's interest so that I can gear our lessons to a topic of interest for them. I believe the information is easily retainable for students when it associates something they like.

I was a long term substitute for a first grade class. I have also subed for kindgergarten, third grade, fourth grade and fifth grade.
