About Spencer
My lifelong love of learning gives me a unique perspective into the ins-and-outs of different learning styles. I have utilized many different techniques to make studying more efficient, receptive, and enjoyable. I have carried these techniques into tutoring middle and high school students in the English and STEM fields, through the C-STEP Program at Barnard College.
I enjoy tutoring because every child deserves to have access to education, and have the chance explore and enjoy knowledge in a positive encouraging setting. There are many different ways to learn, and it is important to give students the opportunity to find the methods that work for them.
