Though Jackie has an advanced knowledge of photography, she patiently took the time to give me pointers that helped unlock the potential of my Canon T5 Rebel digital camera. In the 80/20 rule of tech etc, where 80 percent of the users only use 20% of the features, Jackie helped me to unlock enough of the 80% to really get fuller use of the camera and take better pictures.
