About Katherine

Have you tried gym memberships and found that they just dont motivate you?

Do you feel like working out is a chore that you "have" to do?

Do you find yourself wondering how anyone can stay interested in doing the same jogging routine and lifting the same weights over and over again?

You're not alone!

Before I continue let me tell you a bit about myself. My name is Katherine and today I am proudly a professional fitness coach, I have helped hundreds of men, women, and kids get involved and stay involved in pursuing their personal and fitness goals. But that wasn't always the case!

So what finally changed? I discovered the sport of kickboxing. All the sudden instead of just trying to add miles to my jog or more weight to the dumbbells I was moving around in a way that was dynamic and fun. I wasn't locked into a routine, was working with a coach who was challenging me in just the right ways for me to grow. For the first time a "workout" had engaged my mind AND my body.

That was 13 years ago. In that time I lost 50 pounds, built lean body mass and went on to become a professional athlete and now a professional coach. And you know what? I STILL love my workouts.

More than that, I am willing to bet that you would love kickboxing, too. Under my guidance you will experience the benefit of a highly trained professional fitness and martial arts coach who will help you hold yourself accountable, who will share pride in your successes and who will strive to make your workouts fun and dynamic while also being designed to help YOU grow.

I offer private training in a gym environment or even in your own home so you can train on your schedule. My clients have lost weight, gained self confidence AND learned a skill that has kept them coming back for more.

You can,too.
