Lynn has been my main yoga teacher for over five years. Her instructions are clear and the pace is perfect as we flow from one pose to another. She always has suggestions for an alternative approach when someone is injured or new to the class, encouraging us to honor our bodies and the signals they send us. Lynn listens to you regarding whatever type of ailment you may be suffering from, whatever type of struggles life may have thrown your way, and whatever level of yoga you may be at. She’s such a knowledgeable instructor I will always ask for her opinion. She is also a fun, kind spirit that exudes a glowing energy whenever you see her. We need more people like Lynn :)
