I speak with the student to find out what their goals are and then from there I will create a class format that will tailor to their needs.
Young travellers that have a yoga practice already and seniors needing to brush up on their yoga practice.
I would tell a student looking to hire a yoga teacher to be communicative, open, receptive and to have fun.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would think some questions include:
What are my goals?
What is bothering them or making it difficult to practice?

Lidia has a passion and a wealth of knowledge for yoga, healing and spirituality that is expressed beautifully in her classes. I felt very well cared for as her student, and always learned something new each class!
