About Pam

We have an extraordinary teacher of meditation and yoga (yoga is by recorded CD) who has taught for over 45 years in San Diego and in India. When one is with Dr. Erhard Vogel -- or even experiencing his writings -- one recognizes that he is a real teacher of universal truth who has all his life lived what he teaches with integrity [since age 5 1/2 when he had his first enlightenment experience during World War II]. He knows that real knowledge comes only from experience, and he has a gifted talent to lead people to have their own experiences of themselves -- their true Self -- not some dogma or other people's ideas. He is rare indeed. We welcome new members who are seeking a real teacher who can lead them to Self-realization and leave behind the old habits they know don't serve them any longer and live with joy as who they really are.

Dr. Vogel has transformed thousands of lives through his personal teaching of the real experience of who we are. The classes are interactive and profound, as are the results in our lives. It's an extraordinary experience to transform your life through time-homored student interaction weekly as well as classes taught by Erhard himself. Dr. Vogel travelled the world, learned from the pre-eminent yoga teacher of the 1980's in the Laurentian Mts. of Canada, and has taught yoga teacher training for years after that.  He has taught meditation with several other sages at the Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh India before creating the San Diego Ashram over 40 years ago.

Dr. Vogel has created the classes to mix experienced and new students, giving the new students a head start in working with higher teachings.  This has proven to be extremely effective, pairing new students with experienced students as buddies and in larger groups allowing strong participation.

If you are serious about transforming your life and having rare  high level teachings of meditation, Erhard Vogel is the best!

He teaches people to live in a meditative state (being aware of who they really are) while living their lives to fulfillment.



We host an open house once every 8 weeks (the end of an 8-week meditation class) in which you can meet Erhard and hear from him what potential exists for life transformation through the program.

Details

Yes, and it depends whether it includes both meditation and yoga for the complete program or for a shorter membership.  The combined 8-week classes are $495 apiece with a 10% discount for the longer programs.  Yoga is free the first session and $8.00 thereafter.
