About Darren
A little about me…
I’m a military professional, engineer, mentor and coach, with years of experience leading teams, developing people and helping others overcome challenges.
Through my own career, I’ve experienced the uncertainty that comes with change, taking on new challenges and wondering what the next step should be. That’s one of the reasons I became passionate about coaching — because sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what to do. You need someone to help you see things differently, find clarity and take that next step.
Through Coaching, I work with people who feel stuck, lack direction, have lost confidence, or simply know they’re capable of more but aren’t sure how to get there.
My approach is honest, supportive and practical. No judgement, no lectures and no telling you how to live your life.
You bring the challenge. We’ll work out the next move together.
