About AJ

I have mentored different students during my college days—even on my term as an officer for the Rotary Club I am a part of. Everything that’s learned inside the classroom or tutoring session with me shall stay inside. Everything that the client will tell me should stay inside our learning bubble and we will keep everything professional.

As a diplomat myself, I can tailor my tutoring approach based on what the client would show me or request to me for their comfort. However, if it violates my principles, I will be vocal about it to maintain a strictly professional environment for me and my student. Still, as promised, I won’t make diplomacy and leadership intimidating as it sounds—that’s just not my personality at all.

Hello there! I am AJ and I teach Nursing Education and Leadership, as well as Diplomatic Relations. As a leader during my college days, I have always wanted to teach leadership and diplomacy not just to my peers or juniors—but also to the younger generations. As I pursue my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I have always carried the spirit and determination of a good leader with me. Hence, the subjects I teach are in line with what I am passionate about.

I have always believed that being passionate at what you do makes you a great teacher and I will always live by that. I was a peer-mentor, a student leader, a servant-leader even as the pioneering president of my Alma Mater’s Campus Youth Ministry, and as an impact creating leader from the Rotary International. My teaching style will not only focuson technicalities, but also the fun with it. Diplomacy and leadership aren’t always intimidating… it can be humorous and humbling at the same time.

My courses will be as short as possible. The pacing and even the structure can be negotiated with the client as I was raised and taught that services in this profession should be tailored with the client’s needs and must be client-focused. Still, everything shall be talked through thoroughly.
