About Bisman
I love working with students! As a school psychology graduate student, I'm learning all about effective teaching strategies, and would love to help more students strengthen their academic abilities. If you'd ask a friend to describe me, they'd say bubbly, thoughtful, and responsible. I've been tutoring students since high school, and I find so much joy getting to know students and helping them see what's possible. I'd love to get to know you and work together to answer any questions and ease any frustrations.

I approach each tutoring session with compassionate curiosity and a strengths-based approach. Each student has their own set of strengths and challenges, so my lessons are individualized and tailored to each learner. I'm well-versed in the science of reading and writing, and am actively working with school-aged students at my practicum site in this subject. My lessons are for students of all ages and stages.
