The passion for holistic disciplines and the East has always led me to a deeper search for the True Self. The beauty of life consists in the continuous exchange between human beings, mainly when it concerns the harmonization between mind, body and spirit.

About the lesson

My approach to the subject is structured in the discipline of Yoga, therefore a first knowledge of what Yoga is, the history, the principles, the functions ... All this combined with the frontal lessons of practice of breathing, of positions and of the last 15 minutes dedicated to a relaxing meditation.
