I hold a Doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) from Houston Baptist University, a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development and Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration - Management. I have 20 years in training, learning and development and enjoy imparting knowledge to my learners. I listen to my students and encourage them to share their thoughts and perspectives to make the learning process productive.
