About Charlotte

I absolutely loved my job working in a tutoring center throughout college and can provide a letter of rec from my previous boss. I have always been passionate about education and working with children! Along with being a tutor, I was also a director of a non-profit for mentoring students in the Clemson area. My goal is to get your student to a place where they are confident in their abilities and have that be reflected in their scores/grades! I understand that education is the basis of a bright future and I am excited to be a part of your student's journey!

About the lesson

I worked as a K-12 and SAT/ACT tutor for 3.5 years at a tutoring center. My reading/English lessons will be structured to focus on what skills your student needs the most! I am able to teach phonics, grammar, reading comprehension, and standardized testing. Your student would also be welcome to bring in homework to work on/build the lesson around! One of my strengths is my ability to recognize the disconnect between your student and the subject and figure out different ways to bridge the gap!
