About Will
My name is Will and I have practiced martial arts for over 15 years. I run a YouTube channel called Monkey Steals Peach which documents my trips throughout China and Southeast Asia to visit masters of different styles.
I am a lineage holder of the system of Taiji Mantis kung fu, which I learnt from Zhou Zhen Dong. I've also trained many other styles and am fluent in Mandarin Chinese too.
Here in Sydney I am currently training Brazilian Jujitsu and Muay Thai.

I offer private lessons in Taiji Praying Mantis Kung Fu, a rare style which I learnt while living in Shandong province, China for over a decade.
Kung Fu is a holistic and complete system which covers physical training, practical combat skills, mental cultivation and more. It is is approached systematically beginning with basics and then learning set routines, partner drills, sparring, qigong (breathwork) and weapons.
Being both fluent in Chinese, and having also traveled throughout most of China to meet many of the best masters of different styles, I have a deep understanding of the core principles of Chinese martial arts as a whole.
I maintain the traditional methodology of teaching, as I believe for the art to be understood properly, it must be approached with the correct mindset.
