About Kate

I have been overwhelmed, I have been stressed and burnt out. I am a Mum of 2 boys and own a coaching and fitness business.
I know what it's like to have so much whirring away in your head that you don't know where to start or what to prioritise.

As a qualified performance coach, I also now have the tools and skills to be able to help other women regain a true sense of who they are NOW and how to define and get the life that they want.

About the lesson

I support overwhelmed professional women to create balance in their lives.

Once we have understood your current situation, we then work together to create plans and strategies designed to help you move forward with clarity and purpose. My approach provides freedom from the mental load and helps you build the life that you want, based on your values and ambitions.

All coaching with Active Vitality is undertaken in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. Most sessions are 60mins in duration.

I hold a level 5 diploma in performance coaching with NLP.
