About Nicole Rodel

Hello, and welcome! I'm a Business Management Accounting graduate with a passion for helping people speak and write English with confidence.

My own confidence in English was built through practice. I have competed in public speaking events, including impromptu speech competitions, and taken part in debates, all conducted in English. Thinking on my feet, organizing ideas quickly, and delivering them clearly to an audience taught me what it takes to communicate well, and I now love teaching others to do the same.

My lessons are short, focused, and practical, about an hour. Every session begins with a relaxed free conversation, where you can practice speaking and build your vocabulary at your own pace. Then we move on to a lesson proper, where I teach a specific skill such as grammar, writing, pronunciation, or presentation. We finish with a few exercises so you can apply what you have learned right away.

My background in business means I understand professional settings, so my lessons are useful beyond the classroom. Whether you are a college student preparing for class discussions, presentations, or interviews, or a working professional who wants to sound clearer and more polished in meetings, emails, and job applications, I will tailor each lesson to your goals.

You don't need to be perfect to start. I welcome every level, and my lessons are a patient, judgment-free space where mistakes are simply part of learning. If you understand English but hesitate to speak it, you are exactly the kind of student I love working with.

About the lesson

I teach English the way I learned to use it, by actually speaking it, writing it, and thinking in it when the pressure is on. I’ve done public speaking competitions, impromptu speeches, and debates, all in English, and that taught me fluency comes from practice, not from memorizing rules. Each session is about an hour, short enough to fit into a busy day but focused enough to make real progress. We start with a relaxed free conversation, where you get to talk, build your speaking, and pick up new vocabulary. Then I take the lead in the lesson proper, where I teach one skill for the day, like grammar, writing, pronunciation, or presenting. We wrap up with a few quick exercises so you can try out what you learned, plus a short recap. What I bring to the table is confidence and the ability to express myself clearly, and I want to help you find that too. I know what it feels like to stand in front of people and find the right words, and I also know mistakes are just part of learning, so my lessons are a judgment-free space. Having studied business management accounting, I understand professional settings too, which keeps what we practice useful in real life. My lessons are for college students who want to speak up in class, write better, and feel ready for interviews, and for working professionals who want to sound sharper in meetings, emails, and job applications. Whatever your level, if you understand English but hesitate to speak it, you’re exactly who I want to work with.
