About Graciela

I started teaching English to students in Colombia. I taught advanced level classes and my students were primarily university students, lawyers, and some business owners. From there I continued giving online classes to Chinese students of all ages. I have also taught university-level classes in the Banking and Commercial School (EBC) and in the Technological Institute of Petroleum and Energy (ITPE) both located in the city of Mérida.

About the lesson

My teaching style is more casual than conventional, meaning that, despite using the material and advancing in an organized manner, I also encourage students to speak and express themselves. The best way to learn is to practice and make mistakes. I take great care to the degree of being "picky" with the pronunciation. I look for any possible way for the student to achieve the correct pronunciation. I am proud to say that I already have my tricks and methods to achieve this after working with such different accents such as Asian and Hispanic.
