About Jolina

In my role, professionalism starts with a 'duty of care.' I operate under a strict code of ethics and safeguarding protocols to ensure that every environment I create is inclusive, safe, and productive. My priority is maintaining a space where young people can grow without compromise. When I represent this organization, I am an advocate for the next generation. That requires a high level of diplomatic communication, whether I'm presenting to a board of directors or coordinating with local government. I pride myself on being a reliable bridge between institutional goals and grassroots action.

About the lesson

when my students sit in my class, they don’t just want a teacher. They want someone who has actually done the work. They expect me to show them the difference between what the books say and how the real world actually works.

Heres what you expect from me:

1. The Real-World Skills
The "tools" to actually do the job.
• Budgeting: How to do a lot of work even when there is very little money.
• Project Management: How to start a project, keep it running, and know when it’s finished.
• Reporting: How to use data to prove that our work is actually helping people.
2. The Hard Lessons
Learn from my experience, not just my successes.
• Problem Solving: What to do when things go wrong? Know how I handle a crisis.
• People Skills: How to talk to government leaders, local chiefs, and the people we are trying to help.
• Adaptability: How to change the plan quickly when the situation on the ground changes.
3. The "Why" and the "How"
The right attitude:
• Ethics: How to help people without making them feel small or "less than."
• Resilience: How to keep working even when I’m tired or when progress is slow.
• Professionalism: How to be a leader that people can trust.
I will help you to build the confidence to go out there and handle the messiness of NGO work. I’m not just teaching a subject; I’m showing them how to survive and succeed in this career.
