About Gaia

I’ve been swimming my whole life and swam varsity throughout high school. With years of personal experience and a love for the sport, I enjoy teaching swimmers of all ages how to feel confident, strong, and safe in the water. I’m calm, encouraging, and focused on helping students reach their goals at their own pace.

About the lesson

I focus on building strong technique, water confidence, and endurance in a structured, supportive environment. Whether a student is just learning to float or refining strokes, I adapt each lesson to their level and comfort in the water.

I teach kids, teens, and beginner to intermediate swimmers. Lessons typically begin with a warm-up, followed by targeted drills (like breathing, stroke technique, or turns), and finish with free swim or games. I prioritize safety, clear instructions, and positive reinforcement to keep swimmers motivated and improving.
