As a primary school teacher and secondary level tutor, I have great experience at working with all levels of ability, ensuring that every child feels enabled to learn through careful differentiation and resource preparation. I give tailored feedback and lessons based on overcoming barriers to learning to access the next stage, ensuring that every person makes good progress.
The first lesson will be spent assessing the tutee's strengths and barriers to build a scheme of work tailored to the tutee. This approach will make sure that every person feels supported and aware of what they must do to move forward, always feeling enabled to succeed.
