About Annie
I used to be disorganized, depressed, aimless, and nearly bedridden with mysterious illnesses. Now I'm thriving, healthy, and the most organized person I know. I had to turn my life around myself, but you shouldn't have to. I'm so lucky to be able to turn my hard learning experiences into positive coaching for the people around me as both a mentor and leader.
I'm kind of a jack of all trades. During the week I'm running my own buisness, but on the side I've gone back to graduate school to be an occupational therapist (so I can help people succeed). I'd like to get a PhD in cogntive neuroscience as my next step. My bachelor's is in psychology. I've coached for six different sports including rock climbing. My favorite age range to teach is preschool, but when it comes to coaching and mentoring I prefer working with adults or young adults and so we can collaborate on their success.

Heres my approach: I start by truly listening to who you are and what to you want in life. Then, we work together on realizing your strengths and weaknesses, and making a plan for how you can improve yourself. Importantly, this plan includes one small, actionable step at a time so you don't get overwhelmed and give up. I can't solve all your problems overnight, but we can take the first step together.
I have been described as patient, passionate, empowering, and a systems thinker. Everywhere I go, I come up with solutions on how the people and systems could be better and more efficient. As always, one step at a time!
