About Reshma
I am a qualified Life Coach, I also hold a Business degree and a Master’s qualification, which supports my understanding of professional development, goal‑setting, and career growth supporting others to build confidence, gain clarity, and move forward in their lives — both on a personal and professional level.
My journey hasn’t always been easy. After living abroad for 20 years, I returned to the UK following the loss of my husband. Starting again felt overwhelming — I had no idea how to navigate things like finding a job, buying a home, or even managing everyday life on my own, but step by step, I rebuilt my life.
Through that experience, I developed inner strength, resilience, and a positive mindset. I learnt how to stay motivated, push through challenges, and believe in myself again — even when things felt uncertain.
Alongside running my own coaching practice, I also work at a college supporting personal development, helping individuals build confidence, skills, and self‑belief in a practical, real‑world setting. This is why I am passionate about helping others.
I understand what it feels like to feel stuck, lost, or lacking confidence — and I also know that change is possible. With the right support, you can move forward, regain control, and create a life that feels right for you, whether that’s in your personal life or your career.

My life coaching sessions are to support you as a whole person. I take a holistic approach, meaning we look at your mindset, emotions, behaviours, and life circumstances together — not just one area in isolation.
No two people are the same, so every session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and challenges, whether personal or professional. I adapt my coaching style to suit where you are in your life and what you need most at that time.
Each session is relaxed, supportive, and focused on what matters most to you. We’ll work together to explore what’s holding you back, gain clarity on what you want, and create practical, achievable steps to help you move forward with confidence.
My aim is to help you feel clearer, more confident, and empowered.
