About Jammie

Singing often feels like balancing a spinning plate on a stick while trying to smile through the nerves. My teaching philosophy grew from the mistakes I made with my early students, where I learned that rushing is the enemy of actual progress. With an MM Vocal Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College, I map the gaps for self-taught learners who want to bridge their head and chest voice using proper BELTING TECHNIQUE.

Six years of working with vocalists has taught me that honesty is the best policy. I will tell you directly when a sound is not working rather than letting you struggle in silence. If you are looking to refine your vibrato control or need help with mic savvy performance confidence, feel free to reach out for a chat.

Sometimes I admit that I spent way too many years getting the mechanics wrong before figuring out how to teach them right. I prioritize breathing control, rhythm, and phrasing over moving quickly through a syllabus.

Success looks like you solving a technical puzzle I never even showed you. I treat vocal health and care as the foundation of every session.

You should expect homework vocal drills assigned after every session to keep your muscles sharp. We prepare for exams with deliberate pace and focus. Stay consistent and keep singing.
