About Cameron
Hello it’s nice to meet you!
I am a 21 year old student in engineering and business at University. As I am currently on an internship for the next year, I thought I’d pick up a new hobby in my spare time - and what better hobby than the 3x3 rubik’s cube!
A little more background on my experience: I learned the beginner method a couple of years ago and was able to solve the cube somewhere between 30-45 seconds.
Recently I have decided to set myself a new goal of using CFOP to consistently solve the cube in under 30 seconds and hopefully push that to under 20 seconds further down the line. Right now I currently average 40-45 seconds per solve using beginners F2L and 4 look last layer.
Here is a breakdown of my intervals:
Cross: 5s
F2L: 25s
2-look OLL: 5s
2-look PLL: 10s
I would love to push these times as low as they can go. Therefore, I am looking for someone with expertise like yourself to mentor/teach/critique me so I can improve my fluency and other aspects of my solves - including but not limited to: algorithms, quick cross, F2L intuition, finger tricks, etc.
I am available after 6pm EST but can make accommodations for your schedule.
I have a quick mind, am an eager learner and a great student - I look forward to working with you, fellow cuber!
