About Jorge Alberto
I am a student of the business administration career and have practiced taekwondo since I was 10 years old (I am currently 27 years old). I got the degree of black tape at 18 and 2nd Dan two years later. Participate in different regional tournaments and start teaching at 22 years old

In addition to training in taekwondo eh practiced box, muay thai, general self defense, yoga and full body workouts for strength and weight loss. So I integrate everything I've learned to offer a complete package in martial arts with a focus on kicking and strengthening the body and mind.
