About Phoebe
I have always loved dancing and believe it is a fantastic way to stay active, have fun and build confidence. After training professionally at Urdang Academy, I wanted to share my passion for dance with others in a fun and welcoming environment.
I particularly enjoy helping beginners discover that dance doesn't have to be intimidating or complicated. My classes are designed to be enjoyable, energetic and accessible, whether you are completely new to dance or simply looking for a fun way to keep fit.
I love seeing people gain confidence, learn new skills and enjoy themselves through movement. Whether you prefer a group class or a 1-to-1 session, I will make sure you feel comfortable, supported and encouraged throughout.
My aim is for everyone to leave each class feeling happier, more confident and ready to dance again!

Phoebe is a graduate from The Urdang Academy with a Diploma in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre, training in a wide range of dance styles.
offering fun, energetic and beginner-friendly Dance Fitness classes for both groups and 1-to-1 sessions. No previous dance experience is needed!
Group classes explore a different dance style each week, including Latin, Ballroom and more, combining simple dance moves with a fun fitness workout.
1-to-1 sessions are tailored to your goals, fitness level and favourite styles — whether you want to get fitter, build confidence, learn new skills or simply have fun!

£50 per hour + £20 studio hire
Personalised sessions tailored to your goals, fitness level and favourite dance styles.
Before booking, we’ll have a free 15-minute online consultation to discuss your goals and make sure the sessions are right for you.
Online 1-to-1 Classes
£35 per hour
Enjoy a personalised Dance Fitness session from the comfort of your own home, with no additional studio hire fee.
A free 15-minute online consultation is included before starting, so we can discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve.
Whether you choose a group class, in-person 1-to-1 or online session, my aim is to make every class enjoyable, welcoming and suitable for your level.
