In my lessons, I take a close look at particular musical pieces preferred to help you grasp them better. I will provide a background, a music theory analysis, and technique of the chosen piece. I believe that every piano student should know how to improvise a set of chords in every key. There will be warm ups and cool downs of different scales and chords. The homework provided should not be forced; many people lose interest when there are forced deadlines. When the student is at a more advanced level, I will be teaching them more complex music theory patterns and progressions.
