With over 30 years of hands-on experience in IT, I am a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant and Zero Trust Security Specialist.
I have designed, implemented, and optimized secure Modern Workplace solutions for enterprise clients, including direct support and consulting work for Microsoft, HP, ContractPod AI, Trend Micro, Dropbox, and many others.
Throughout my career, I have helped hundreds of users and organizations move from traditional setups to cloud-based environments using Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.
I have led Copilot deployments and governance strategies, reduced Azure and M365 costs by 15-20% on average, strengthened security postures, and driven user adoption in distributed teams.
I love breaking down complex technical topics into clear, practical steps that anyone can follow — whether you're a complete beginner, an IT professional looking to upskill, a business user wanting to get more from Teams and Copilot, or someone preparing for Microsoft certifications.
