About Lenski

Hello! My name is Lenski, and I'm from the beautiful Philippines. I'm a TEFL-certified English teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience and a passion for helping people grow in confidence through language.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy gardening, reading, singing and spending time with my dogs and cats. I also love meeting people from different cultures and learning about their traditions and ways of life. I believe every conversation is an opportunity to learn something new.

One of the most meaningful parts of my life is volunteering. I help build homes for families who have lost everything to typhoons and I also volunteer as a teacher in mountain communities where I have the privilege of sharing knowledge and encouraging lifelong learning. I try to live by the principle, "There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving" and these experiences have strengthened my patience, compassion and appreciation for people from all walks of life.

I believe in kindness, respect, and lifelong learning. Whether I'm teaching English, volunteering, or simply sharing a conversation, my goal is always the same to make others feel supported, encouraged and confident. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your English learning journey!

About the lesson

My lessons are relaxed, interactive, and tailored to your learning goals. I especially enjoy teaching beginners because I understand how challenging it can feel to speak a new language. I'm patient, encouraging, and genuinely love helping students take their first steps with confidence. You'll never have to worry about making mistakes because every lesson is a safe and supportive place to learn.

I also enjoy working with intermediate and advanced learners, especially those who want to improve their conversation skills, expand their vocabulary, and speak English more naturally and confidently. We practice through meaningful discussions, role-playing and real-life situations so you can use English in everyday life, at work, or while traveling.

One of my favorite ways to teach is through short reading activities. As we read together, you'll naturally discover new vocabulary, learn useful expressions and immediately practice them by creating your own sentences and using them in real conversations. This helps you remember new words more easily and use them with confidence.

I believe learning should never feel boring. I like to add humor, interesting topics and engaging activities to keep every lesson enjoyable and motivating. My goal is not only to help you improve your English but also to help you enjoy the learning journey and become a confident, comfortable English speaker.
