About Yograj Yog

Namaste! My name is Hitesh Maurya, and I am a professional Yoga Trainer.

I teach various forms of Yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, traditional yoga practices, Pranayama, Meditation, Relaxation Techniques, and Yogic Practices for General Fitness and Well-being.

My teaching approach focuses on proper alignment, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, and mental relaxation.

I aim to help students develop a healthy lifestyle through regular and mindful yoga practice. My classes are adapted to students' individual needs, experience levels, and physical abilities.

I offer online and offline yoga sessions for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
