Sev is definitely a professional pianist with accurate knowledge to teach any pieces; she’s also patient, and masterful. The only thing is she uses a digital keyboard at her place, not an acoustic piano which I personally would prefer.

I am sure you will agree that those of us who are asked to write many recommendations, can sometimes find the task quite tedious and even boring. However, when one is asked to write about a truly awesome individual, the task becomes almost pleasurable. Such is the case now when I write to you on behalf of a superlative young lady, whom I have known since May 2026, when she started sharing her love for the Chinese language. Tiantian's (teaching) style is full of sophisticated attention to detail. She always exuberates positive energy, ensuring that I always have a wonderful time with her. In summary, this is an enthusiastically supportive letter. I know that Tiantian will be the perfect (Mandarin) teacher for anyone, and I wish you every success in attracting her! Recommending Tiantian as a solid A plus teacher would be an understatement.

We just started with Isha and so far it is just what my middle school child needs to have Isha as her math tutor! She comes able to communicate online with patience and positivity. She encourages my daughter and she feels eager for the next lesson. She is able to explain in a way that does not make her feel bad for mistakes and celebrates her growth and skills she already has. It has only been two times, but as I listen in on the listens (I walk through with study snacks and then my middle schooler wants privacy :)) Every time I enter the room, it is exactly what I hope for my daughter as a middle school principal.
