About Lawson
I'm a rising senior at St. John's College looking to pursue a Classics PhD studying the mythological and metaphysical interpretations of Plato's Timaeus. I am also the Editor-in-chief of Σχολία περὶ Φιλοσοφίας, an undergraduate peer-reviewed liberal arts journal at my university. My one goal in life is spreading passion for the beauty of the ancient world.

As a beginner, the tutoring curriculum will cover the Hansen and Quinn Ancient Greek Intensive textbook or Moreland and Fleischer's Latin Intensive textbook. Tutoring sessions will include an optional vocabulary quiz to hold yourself accountable (I find them helpful), verb synopses, and review of the exercises in the textbook. What's classic works.
Upon completion of the textbook, or if you are not a beginner to Latin or Greek, we will begin reading selections of prose and poetry. I have many selections with pre-created vocab glossaries, but am open to any suggestions for other texts you may want to read.
