I have helped my sister get conditioned for long runs and help her achieve her goal in the time frame she was wanting. I have been running since 2012 and training myself to run longer and faster. I have been able to achieve 6 min miles and getting better everyday.

I am hard working in helping people get to thier goal. I will structure sessions differently for every person depending on were they are at level wise.
