I had not idea that meditation could be so varied and really found what works for me in Pam's classes. She offers a wide variety of options and I really enjoyed the group meditating together. Thank you Pam!

Pam and Aspire Coaching was the right choice for my learning about Meditation, sitting in silence or walking which is new to me. It was simply magic and I love the way she guides you through it so peaceful and an amazing experience.

My suggested that I try Meditation as a way to get through some terrible anxiety. The workshop was in a soothing room, quiet and comfortable. Our group was mostly new people and Pam our instructor was wonderful. Highly recommend her for any type of Meditation course.

I had not tried meditation before but found it so amazing even at my first workshop. Pam is so patient and her voice in the guided meditations is soothing. I sleep like a baby!!
