About Zach
I am a student myself and with that I understand how important it is to rephrase topics to help students understand.
I enjoy helping others gain a greater understanding for the material they are working on. The moment something clicks for a student is my favorite part of the job.
I started tutoring friends because I really enjoyed it. I was able to help them figure stuff out really quickly and I realized that I was pretty good at helping people learn. From there I have just tried to find opportunities to help people learn especially within tutoring.
I have spent most of my life doing math and physics and I have excelled at it. I have also been a TA for AP Calculus classes where I helped students on homeworks and exam preperation.

I like to start by having a student walk me through the part of the problem they understand and then helping solidify areas of weakness and going back over the parts they are struggling with.
I have worked with mostly highschool students and a few college level students.

Zach always made sure that I understood the concepts and was able to do the problems on my own. He was also willing to take extra time to help me if I needed it.
Zach is an excellent tutor. He takes the time to explain the material in different ways, in order to find a way that makes sense for you. He has been tutoring me for a few years now, over multiple math and physics classes. He always takes to time to review what you are learning beforehand, so that he can be more prepared to teach you. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone needing a math and physics tutor.
