About Jessica
I bring yoga to you! You don't need to join a yoga studio. I'll bring yoga to your office, home, party, and classroom.
My goal is to share the benefits of yoga with people who want a personalized experience. Have a bachorlette party to plan? Want to gather your friends for a private class? I bring mats, blocks and yoga blankets to assist you and your group in a relaxing or athletic flow. Want to learn to meditate? Interested in achieving inner balance? My passion is helping people connect their mind and body in order to live their maximum potential.

I make sure to get a picture of where the student is physically and emotionally. Like any friend, I check in with them and make sure they are not over stretching themselves. I like to challenge my students because my goal is, after all, to help them make change in their body and mind.
I've worked with students of all ages, from TK to college l to elderly students, of different statuses, backgrounds, and cultures.

Atttention to detail. Welcoming!
Jess is amazing! She is so patient and kind. I love how she adapts different certain poses based on the ability and skill level of her students. She is also very receptive to suggestions.
