About Brenda
I offer one on one service, I go to the students location, I provide mats, bolsters, blankets & blocks for a personalized class. I focus on both active and meditative flows. Listening to the students vibe to create a lesson plan just for their needs.
Meeting new people and sharing new energy is my favorite part about being a yoga instructor. Being able to share my craft and receive feedback makes this more than a job. Do something you love and never work a day in your life!
i revisited my yoga certification through Ananda Ashram and am Yoga Alliance Certified.

I had never tried yoga prior to my classes with Brenda. I have lower back issues and her attention to your body is impeccable. I loved the one on one atmosphere and the best part is that she comes to you and brings EVERYTHING! Will definitely book again!
